The headset power button broke after using it only about 10 times.

Only issue is the power button is very hard to get in/off

I only used the product 3 days turned the power off to charge it last night tried to turn it on today the power button fell in side the headphones when I pushed on it gently only pushed the button 3 times total before it fell apart these headphones are very poorly made of cheap plastic also had a problem opening the door for the charging port and getting it to close after disconnecting the charger.

However, six months later, my left ear bud suddenly died today and I'm left with only one functioning ear bud working, which I'm expecting to go soon based on previous reviews.

Made with a cheap plastic and short battery life is not worth the money

She has mentioned several times she enjoys the bass

Also, if you are a woman that gets their nails done you will have a hard time opening the cover to the charge port, I always have to find something thin enough to lift the cover.

Mic doesn't pick up ambient noise which is great.

The only minor setback is the mic on the left arm can be muffled if you lower your chin while talking due to the inside placement of the mic
