This is built fairly good and it has a great price for a starter piece

I think the trainer needs to be checked on a regular basis if you dont like to train and suddenly the whole things falls apart :)

I have had my elliptical for 2 months and it is already falling apart

This works really well as a bike, but as an elliptical, I find the stride too short

but I took the pre-assembled part of the elliptical apart but is still makes the noise as I rotate the elliptical

It is very compact machine for a exercise bike as well as Elliptical

If I could change anything about it, I would have the arm poles adjust to where they can be used while you are riding the bike as well as the elliptical.

The assembly was kind of difficult, took about 2 hours, and the instructions have to be read very carefully

The assembly was fairly easy, but the directions could have been better written to speed the process up

The assembly however was absolutely horrendous, be prepared for some frustration and figuring a lot of it out on your own because the directions seem like they are written by a 5 year old.

I was thoroughly impressed with the assembly instructions (nice to see a company recognize it needs the home shores for something), as every part was carefully labeled and the directions were mostly clear on what to do with them

Assembly was slightly difficult and the bolts do not tighten enough so it makes a lot of noise when working out

Really gives you a good workout , especially when used as an eliptical.

but if you're looking for an intense workout this isn't the machine for you.

I only gave it 4 stars for two reasons: a) Do not expect to do an intense workout because it seems that pushing too hard may make the machine fall apart and b) it's kind of loud

The chains or the pedals would bend or distort in ways that generated extra resistance and noise.

from the start the chain feels like it wants to come off, the chain keeps popping and slowing down the front wheel

The seat is very hard and is not comfortable after using the machine for a little while.

The seat is pretty uncomfortable if you are more on it more than a few minutes

I really like the seat because I can use it as a workout bike or an elliptical.

The calorie/distance/speed calculator seems a bit archaic and inaccurate

While working on it I cranked the pedal a little bit and something snapped inside

Great dual trainer, but I am short (5'1") and it's a bit hard to work for my height

The install was mostly easy, with just a few tricky screws.

After using it 3 or 4 times, the screws on the handles became loose although we tightened them really hard at assembly time.

I have to add that after one month of use, some screws already got loose and kind of fell off

The instructions is mediocre, so take your time, placing the right screws in the right place

One screw was missing - I called the number enclosed with the rider and was sent the screw in the mail.

I am 30 lbs under its weight limit and only used thirty minutes per day

The biggest problem though is the sound it makes while I'm in the standing position.

It worked well at the first few days but then appeared some weird sound when stepping on it

There is the soft sound of the security belt that can kind of be annoying or noisy if you were hoping for smooth no sound or something, it does make some sound when in movement

However, after about 1-2 months of use it has started making a very loud clicking noise... but not always

The replacement unit performs great and no annoying noise.

It was doing fine at first then it started making a loud clipping noise and then started also making knocking noises which makes it hard to ride inside because it is so loud
