I use them for bass guitar - stiff enough to be precise using alternate picking, but soft enough to not "click".

I think the ideal uke pick would be a tad thinner, or at least less stiff, and would have some sort of grip on one end to be able to get a hold of it.

As a native guitar player, I am very thankful for these!The picks are very thick---mine averaged around a bit bigger than 1/8"---especially since I'm used to thin celluloid picks, but I really enjoy the sound they give to my playing

As a beginner, I was anxious to start sounding more consistent with my strumming but couldn't get comfortable with thumbs or fingernails.....these picks greatly improved the sound of my strumming.

They are not as stiff as plastic picks, creating a much prettier sound.
