This is the first mug warmer I have found that keeps my coffee as warm as I like it.

I like this warmer for it’s looks and features, but I’ve been using it daily for over two weeks and it still emits a chemical odor that makes you wonder if you should be in the same room with it.

This is the first one that I have purchased that has the options with high and low settings, as well as with automatic shut off after several hours

This coffee warmer has a great design and heats very good

The temperature is high enough(if you use high)to keep the coffee or tea a perfect medium heat.

Well, it might because the BONTIME keeps a mug of beverage drinkably hot on the lowest setting for hours

However for some reason if my large mug (16oz I think) is full the liquid cools down quickly even when on high setting

I am such a slow drinker and I work in a clinic so I am in and out of exam rooms so by the time I take another sip, my full mug of coffee is cold

This unit came well packaged, it keeps my tea or coffee hot, I like the choice of low or high temperature, the only thing I am concerned with is the hot, burning smell especially on the high selection
