I can't find one thing wrong with it.

He has torticollis (a tight neck muscle causing a left lean of his hed) and this pillow allows him to lay more natural, like being held rather than an infant chair where he slides down

My son enjoys hanging out on the lounger while I talk to him or dangle toys in front of him.

Our son has been so comfortable in it since he came home from the hospital

Also, he has bad reflux so we have to keep him on an angle most times and this really helps!

I originally ordered it to having something to sort of prop up my son when he was 2 months old because he has pretty severe infant acid reflux and it helped him to not lay flat

Also great product if your kids have really bad reflux

Hallelujah, this thing works WONDERS for babies with colic and silent reflux

and I have had to hold baby upright to sleep all night due to bad reflux
