The sound quality is pretty good for such a small little speaker.
Battery goes dead at 50%, and for the money, you think they would include a charger with the poor battery quality.
There is no reason for a company like Bose to produce shoddy quality
However, I bought this to work with an Echo Dot which does not include EQ (you need to fix that, Amazon), so for us the sound quality was unacceptable.
good speaker, very good sound quality for music and phone
The thing that bothers me is that when you get a phone alert, it scares you out of your chair because its louder than the music.
This thing is LOUD
It's not always convenient to be wearing headphones (if I'm doing some home improvement or cooking), so this is just the thing I needed in terms of a portable speaker.
It's a good thing but not getting 5 stars due to setup problems.
Only good thing I have to say is that it had a good bass, but otherwise my experience was garbage.
I had the original Bose speaker and just before the one year warranty expired it stopped charging
This speaker is great, the only thing is it seems to lose charge even when it is supposedly off
But one morning it suddenly lost all charge, would not recharge or respond to on/off anything
Holds a charge good, connects to multiple devices at one time
So the speaker will cut out suddenly in the middle of a song and need to be plugged in for 3-5 minutes before it has enough charge to start playing again
YouTube that walks you through reprogramming this speaker so there is no more annoying voice.
I would give it 5 stars if not for that annoying voice regularly telling me
The voice, like Siri, Cortana and every other lousy voice out there, is as obnoxious as a whining and complaining child.
The voice, like Siri, Cortana and every other lousy voice out there, is as obnoxious as a whining and complaining child.
This is great for when you are listening to trap-style music with 808 kicks, but it means that when you are listening to podcasts or other talking, the lower frequencies of people's voices are abnormally loud.
