just google the name of this speaker plus one of the app names i mentioned, hundreds of people are complaining that they can't use it as speakerphone, this problem still exist as of March 2018 with their latest firmware, to reproduce this problem try to call someone with any of the mentioned apps using an android device, if you read the bose forums where people are complaining about this problem, you will realize that bose tech support has no clue whats wrong and referring people to support of mentioned apps, Such a shame that Bose can't get their engineers to produce good quality software to run their devices.
