BOSS Audio Systems KIT2 8 Gauge Amplifier Installation Wiring Kit - A Car Amplifier Wiring Kit Helps You Make Connections and Brings Power To Your Radio, Subwoofers and Speakers

    • but I was missing the damn fuse holder and fuses that was suppose to come in the kit
    • the inline fuse looks good too
    • Inline fuse is very nice
    • After a few months use the fuse failed
    • Other than that not bad fuse RCA, remote wire, speaker wire
    • This is the third BOSS sub amp kit I have bought and all the fuses were junk
    • Otherwise it is just some speaker wire with a coaxial dual cable with a cheap 60 watt fuse
    • The fuse blew the very first time i turned amp on
    • And the fuse isn’t too great either
    • Knocking a star for the super short length of the grounding wire, which was actually a bit too short to reach from the front of my trunk to the common grounding bolt in the back, as well as the very cheap fuse holder
    • Good wire pretty much what to expect the fuse it came with blew out wasn't strong enough to support my 4000 watt system
    • The fuse in this kit is absolute junk and constantly falls apart!!!
    • Then, if you really care about your setup, or at the very least, protecting your investment - buy the correct size wire gauge in a spool, and get the correct size fuse
    • Not a huge loss but the fuses are junk
    • Customer service contacted me with a free fuse replacement expedited to me
    • I got to my destination I was unloading my trunk and notice my trunk carpet was black in a spot and the fuse was busted and black and deformed from its regular position I had originally set it
    • I did come with a nice fuse, so you can hook it right to the battery.
    • Ended up not working and blowing the fuse immediately
    • Trash and good luck finding fuses
    • The fuse good the positive wire good the ground wire good
    • Knocking a star for the super short length of the grounding wire, which was actually a bit too short to reach from the front of my trunk to the common grounding bolt in the back, as well as the very cheap fuse holder
    • The fuse was garbage and kept dropping the voltage in half making the amp stop working
    • The fuse doesn’t work properly the screws start grinding off
    • Still probably worth it for the kit, fuse holder and RCA cables work, maybe just go up a gauge from what's recommended.
    • Ended up just stripping extra coating and wrapping wire around battery post then reconnecting battery, aux cords seem fine, fuse was great
    • Got into the car to find my amp off, check fuses on amp, pop hood to see the fuse and connector to the battery has blown apart and is melted inside
    • The fuses that came with the kit, were very cheap and came un soldered inside the fuse, created heat and almost burned my car to the ground
    • The fuse melted and burned in the back of my jeep
    • The fuse is fragile and not something I want to receive damaged
    • The rca wires that came with this were incredibly poor quality , broke off in my amp in less then a week , ended up having to go to walmart and buy new ones , seems like quality is a problem for this company since i also got a different gauge install kit for my wifes car and that one came with a dead fuse and after reaching out about a replacment i again found myself at walmart to buy another fuse to avoid the wait and hassle , i personally do not recommend this brand after my experience , plenty of other brands at similar prices that have better quality product
    • Everything worked out pretty well but the fuse that came with the wiring kit was faulty and had to purchase one at the time of install
    • Fuse wanted to fall apart and didn't hold in proper
    • The fuse needs to improve
    • Inline fuse holder failed lost current even though fuse didn’t appear blown
    • Took all the wires out and fuse but the most important parts of this kit was missing
    • kit was fine, fuse is cheap, I had to re solder the inside of the fuse, was not connected... took a while to figure it out, could not get 12v back to the amp... a bit frustrating
    • The fuse provided with this kit didn’t work out the box
    • The fuse as well is crap
    • decent quality and the fuse is a nice bonus
    • the fuse blew with the bigger system
    • Visually, the fuse looked fine and I verified that current was flowing through it with a multimeter.
    • I guess that I will go to Advance Auto Parts tomorrow and buy some 4 AWG cables and a better fuse holder, one that is not broken.
    • Wire is garbage and the inline fuse is dangerous
    • The fuse that came with this kit was a joke - no idea what type or the amperage it could handle
    • You can't beat the price, but not the highest quality of product, I would prefer thicker wiring and better fuses, as my first fuse fried in one day
