This printer does not actually print UPS, USPS or FedEx shipping labels you will need to edit the labels in the brother Ptouch editor to obtain the correct formatting, was on phone with brother support and they confirmed that formatting has been an issue with this model

There is a "professional mode" to the software, which is more feature rich than the normal version, but it just has a look and feel reminiscent of software from the old days

My favorite feature is that the printer is able to recognize what kind of label is currently in the machine, and communicates that information back to the software (both the P-Touch software I use on Windows, and the Brother app on my iOS device).

I don't print a lot of labels as I don't run a business, but even with the few that I do print, I've always hated printing out shipping labels on regular paper and then needing clear tape to completely cover them on a box so that they didn't get wet and smear during shipping.

Easy to setup print server, trouble-free printing; they have lasted a lot longer with less trouble than the Dymo SE350s we used to recommend.

Then I purchased the Rollo, and while they had great customer service, the printer is of low quality, and the print is nearly unreadable even after trouble shooting.

I guess I didn't do enough research to see this, but you are stuck using compatible label rolls as they have to have a special plastic frame to hold the labels.

On the upside, it does not waste labels on calibration between rolls
