Instead of buying a prolific cable for about $10 and spending a frustrating hour trying to get the right (legacy) driver installed (never did work with Win-10).

None worked well with many difficult hours attempting to make them work.

I bought another cheap-o cable before and that did not work at all

But once u over come that it works great
