This pan is made really well.

I have had worse pans, ie

On to waffle #2, where I cleaned the pan, reduced the heat and really paid attention to the timing

I love the bubble waffle maker pan, the cooking surface

With no temp control, no indicator and hit or miss with amount of batter, I am thinking this is a good 'first' bubble waffle pan, on to looking for an easier, more reliable maker.

As long as the pan is hot, the waffle cooks in less than a minute and is a mix of crispy and soft, chewy, eggy batter.
