Great concept

I love the concept and waiting for the improvement for the followings:1

So, we returned the item...hopefully they can work out the "bugs" and come back with a better product soon as it is a great concept, just poor execution.

Although we appreciate the concept, the robotic voice and not being able to scan entire sentences is challenging

She has been using it throughout the school day as well as in her acedemic support lab

The hardest part is learning how to hold the pen to get a good scan.

However, for Low Vision users, it will be hard to keep the scanning of a single line consistent as it’s not very forgiving if you deviate from the line.

For scanning and reading, while using one of those some time, it was missing a letter, and it adds some weird punctuation mark for a fast scan or read, but slowly it is sometimes subtle

Plus, you can't have it start in the default mode that you want, like reading aloud when scanning

The voice isn't enticing to a nine/ten-year-old to want to use this device

It is not a human like voice and it made a ton of mistakes when trying to read a sentence that was scanned

The voice is clear

The best thing about this device is its accuracy in scanning texts

The best thing we ever bought for our son who is severely dyslexic

However, some things are not available in audio form and the C-Pen has made these items much more manageable.
