Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - Xbox 360
"Modern Warfare" is back. On November 8th, the best-selling first person action series of all-time returns with the epic sequel to the multiple Game of the Year award winner "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2."
why:1.there are tons of game modes, the new levels are pretty good (not quite as good as MW2
For those of you who didn't like MW2, you may as well stop reading now, because chances are you won't like this game
why:1.there are tons of game modes, the new levels are pretty good (not quite as good as MW2
If you still think MW2 is fun, then this game is for you
The campaign is still terrible and the multiplayer has seen some improvements in areas that really hurt MW2, but come with a new batch of issues that still make the experience frustrating and the improvements pointless
This series gets so much hate but it sells so well because it is fun
So MW3 is the conclusion to the Modern Warfare 3 series
I have been a fan of the Modern Warfare series since it began
Buy it if you love the series and can overlook a few flaws
how hard would that be?Overall, this game company has missed the boat on this one, I will not buy their product(s) in the future until I have read experiences from others.
and I think infinity ward shot themselves in the foot when they added a cool new game mode, like survival, and only let 2 people play
I pre-ordered this game naively expecting an epic, remastered COD experience with new features and amazing maps.what i got was a game that disappointed me: terribly cramped, chaotic and confusing maps, run-of-the-mill COD campaign, somewhat entertaining yet repetitive survival mode and worst of all i paid about 70$ for it the day it came out.been playing cod since COD: 3
I would have liked to see BOTS on the split screen mode for team-death match.
I really enjoyed the single player campaign and loved the survival mode in special ops
This game is great...multiplayer is good some maps are small and zombie mode stinks
LOL Very fast paced game, requiring constant forethought.
so the game would be fast paced and it would be harder for players to find
This is a shooter and most play them for the fast paced jaw dropping action and this game DELIVERS!!Multiplayer:10/10 - very similar to other COD games, especially MW2
Overall this is a great game and is a must play for people who love fast paced multiplayer games with lots of kills, quick scoping, and a exhilarating campaign.
The game is action packed, fast paced, and takes lots of skill.
The campaign was great, the graphics were good, and it was just fun to play
, I love the campaign, special ops, and online game play
Although the main appeal is the multiplayer the campaign should not be overlooked
the campaign of MW3 was very good, but not as good as MW2 and BO
Even if you hate the campaign and don't have XBOX Live Gold or don't like multiplayer, Special Ops has got you covered.-MULTIPLAYER-Pretty much just like most other Call of Duty's
They allowed you to get a chance to do the things that you really wanted to do with some of the most advanced weapons at your disposal, as well as give you some of the most intriguing objectives that I have seen in a while
how u upgrade ur weapons prestiging in this game is easier than mw2 maps suck to small its
The latency issues present in the first two are even worse in this game
I've played some of the storyline and from what I have played it's very entertaining and full of excitement..online play is good...just a few things they could've done to make it great..like in black ops if u kill ur teammate more than 3 times u get kicked out on hardcore
how hard would that be?Overall, this game company has missed the boat on this one, I will not buy their product(s) in the future until I have read experiences from others.
Not as good as the other Call of Duty games, but I still like it
At least in Modern Warfare 2 no matter what I did, I maintained a kill death ratio of over 2.I
I'm just upset that this game with so much potential to be just as great as it's precursors was brought down to it's knees by the developers trying to "fix" a problem that didn't exist
No new player should have to go against a 14th "gold gun" presteiger with a kill death ratio of 3 to 1 with over 300 hours of game play experience.
I am already burned out on it because the only ways that I can seem to maintain a 1.00 kill death ratio is by playing into every one elses style, run around like a mad man and hope to see them before they see you.
Magic Bullets: Just like MW2, bullets still seem to curve around corners, so don't think you are safe from enemy fire, because quite often the bullet will still find you
Your bullets can't paint enemies red like in Black ops, and you cannot gib enemies with heavier weapons like in the last 2 Treyarch games
if u shoot first u killed them or they shoot first and ur dead not much tactics or skilled needed to play this
With an aimbot your accuracy is 100% and your bullets penetrate numerous materials, like buildings, trees, vehicles, and reinforced concrete structures that would otherwise be impenetrable.
how u upgrade ur weapons prestiging in this game is easier than mw2 maps suck to small its
They took away the good perks and made the kill streaks weak and not nearly as fun
and the kill streaks are mostly air support, it is so hard to get around
They changed some of the kill streaks and death streaks and how items are unlocked but it is the same game
I've actually had more kills in multiplayer than in the past because of the changes to the kill streaks and the perks you get.
the new strike package system is really cool with three strike packages: assault which is the original kill streak system, support where your streaks don't reset on death, and support where you unlock up to 3 more perks
Quick scoping has been multiplied and spawning is terrible on all maps.
And when the game is lagged spawn points become stupider and you will spawn next to your teammate while he is under fire or in front of enemies and enemy spawning comes closer than before if that wasn't close enough
Tonight it was virtually unplayable due to poor spawning and getting spawn killed
Because most of the maps are small spawning is incredibly stupid and enemies will spawn right around the corner and kill you from behind about 50% or more of the time while you are playing not to mention all your teammates will go around the map and you will be all alone and safe in some area and for some reason it will spawn the enemy team next to you or all around you instead of your teammates which makes no sense
I owned the original MW and did not like it for the unlimited spawning of enemies, so I never bothered to buy any of the subsequent titles; from what I have read this is still the formula for campaign.
The locations (which, ironically, are MP maps) actually work very well for this mode, and the enemies are actually pretty smart.
Once again the unlimited enemy spawns are gone which is a great advancement, just like MW2

Self-Revives allow you, if downed, to kill an enemy to get back up
Your bullets can't paint enemies red like in Black ops, and you cannot gib enemies with heavier weapons like in the last 2 Treyarch games
Still has the same slick controls and feel Infinity Ward's CODs have had since COD2.The top guys at Infinity Ward were fired because they thought they deserved a bonus for making such a successful game.
I'm all about shooting the bad guys, but it detracted from the realism.
Many of the Infinty Ward team jumped ship to follow some of the top guys to a new independent studio
NPC's are still able to go out into the middle of battle and absorb about 50 grenades at their feet before moving on to kill a few more bad guys.
The same goes for the AI of all the bad guys, a bit under par
