A dedicated higher end stereo amp like the CXA60 will give the sound a degree of refinement, but it’s easier to improve sound with better speakers than with a better amp
I've had decent systems - Onkyo, Sony etc. and decent speakers but recently got the urge to move up a step and this amp has won many rave reviews and awards, as have the Elac UB5 speakers.

I felt like the sound wasn’t as clear (probably DAC
It puts out the most power from my tests despite a 60W rating as I couldn’t raise the volume past 1/3rd this thing is LOUD, and I actually found the DAC to be very nice and not as harsh sounding as Sabre DACs
It has audio quality matching stuff 2-3 times its price, it can drive 4 ohm speakers without issues, has a great DAC, fantastic build quality, perfect size and it also looks great to boot

A simple cheap amp with sufficient power to drive your speakers will delight you
Amazing sounding amp, the only issue was a weird deal with the remote, if you mute the amp with it , then unmute, it will mute itself after a few seconds
This is a beautiful amp, both in performance and appearance.
