Love it, heats well reccomend.

Very good heat distribution, the high sides makes it a lot more convenient to cook on and the drip trough works great (although the hole needs to be a bit larger so as not to clog up so easily).

Good heat distribution...make sure you go no higher than medium heat and let it come up to temperature before cooking.

Clean while quite warm using high-heat tolerant plastic or wood spatula/scraper paper towels.

For faster and more direct heat from the burners, I also removed the two burner covers and stored them away since there is no worry about grease dripping down onto the gas burners.

It takes a little longer and you can't regulate the heat as well.

The flame tamer/heat disperser doesn't work to even the heat as well as I thought
