In fact I would move the burgers to that section after I placed the cheese on them just to keep them warm without over cooking them and give the cheese a chance to melt

I will need to look into a diffusor, although I don't necessarily think it is a bad thing since it helps to keep cooked food warm while the rest of the food finishes up
