    • Unfortunately however, the company is not trustworthy, does bad business and has poor customer service
    • Their arrogance in consumer support does not deserve your business.
    • Based on the other reviews I see on Amazon, it looks like it was a pretty stupid business decision, so I wouldn't be surprised if we see a backpedal in the coming months
    • Now it no longer works as advertised and will cost an EXTRA $10 a month to continue the monitoring that was promoted at the time they won my business

    • This is a cautionary tale to others who enter the marketplace with a devious business plan to lure customers to buy a product and then pull back features they paid for behind a pay wall
    • Recent update basically forces you to subscribe to a membership by taking away features that free members had since the beginning (nice business model)

    • Read the actual company response to criticism and you will immediately see through the ploy and realize it is nothing more than a deceitful business tactic to get paying subscribers, nothing more.

    • Unless they were operating at a loss on server costs for their first few years, in which case I say: Bad business planning
    • I would recommend shopping around at alternative cameras from companies who don't take away features that were originally included with the devices ...terrible business.
