Quality of the picture prints are amazingly well considering the size of the printer.

Inkjet printers have become low in cost, reliable, small-sized, and a good buy, if you get one from a major manufacturer

Had it worked the pros were that it was a nice compact size for people who have space issues.

One of the things I like best about it is the compact size - it fits easily on a corner of the desk without taking up too much space

If you are unsuccessful in finding a quality supplier at a decent price, you are simply forced to go back to Canon for the best (and most expensive) ink

They are usually happy to sell you a new car at a good price because they know that you will probably only return to them for service.

This can print very nice color photos onto photo paper and has a tray for regular paper as well if you want to print a text document with colored text for example

4 sheets of photo paper that come with the printer absorb the ink immediately, there's virtually no time required for the paper to dry, and colors look very accurate

This printer does a fine job with text, with crisp resolution and reasonable speed

It does a nice job of printing photos (much better than my Epson) and it is small, compact, quiet, and unobtrusive

The setup was easy but there were a few irritating aspects to it.

If they can't engineer easy setup software, what else can't they engineer.

This is a good printer, the setup was a bit confusing at first but it really prints very fast, and the quality of the prints are very good.

Setup is fairly easy of this Canon and there is a touch screen menu to help guide you through the setup!

This Canon printer has a number of other frustrating design issues, like having to lift the front "door" up every time to print, the fact that it goes into a deep sleep mode after a while and has to be manually restarted before sending a print job to it (making it worthless as a network printer), and just the flimsiness of the construction make it seem mediocre to me

It did lose the wireless connection after shut off, but somehow that has resolved itself, and now when I start it, it is on

Once it went into hibernation mode, it lost its network connection, and although I got it back online it stopped showing up as available on my Macbook

I found the setup to be a bit cumbersome, but it may have to do with the room not having the best internet connection.

It was solid, dependable, and ink was easy to get and not too expensive.

If you happen to find one that is inexpensive and reliable, that is a good thing, but you'll have to do your research and rely on referrals (from friends and relatives) to find a good company.

Sometimes it would print a bit funny, or stop part-way through printing.

Personally, I would treat this TS6020 (as well as TS5020) as a perfect companion to an inexpensive B&W laser printer

I love that it prints on both sides, the cassette at the base holds lots of paper, and there are cheap replacement cartridges available (not by Canon

Knock-off cartridges from known companies available that work just fine.

In addition, it doesn’t make as much noise as I had expected it would, which is a great feature when you are working late night on a project and the rest of the household members are enjoying their sleep time

The initial setup took a long time and the instructions are horrible

The instructions for set-up are simply awful, though, resulting in it taking more than an hour to figure it out

After getting stuck several times trying to use the way too skimpy instruction sheet that is included in the box, we searched for and downloaded the real user manual from the Canon website

More photo paper, or easier instructions would have raised this to at least four stars though.
