(I have a 7D), something I have a much harder time doing with his EF-S 60 macro

I read a review before I bought this, and one reviewer said he had a hard time taking the lens off once he started playing with it, now I know what he meant, as it is so versatile and fun to use, that I have a hard time putting any of my other lenses on, and my other lens aren't too

The additional 2 stop gain from the IS has made the difference between a keeper and the trash button more times than I like to admit

I tried the old 100mm (non-IS) several times, and had a hard time getting anything keep-able without a tripod

It is so amazing that i had a hard time putting it

My only con with this lens is it has a hard time auto focusing from far away to close and vice versa.

All I wanted was a lens that could offer confidence and peace of mind every time I take photos

The first time I used it (see included photos) the results totally blew me away
