    Canon EF-S 24mm f/2.8 STM Lens

    • The STM also allows for a less shaky image when recording video
    • at f/2.8 you get great background blur and clear crisp images.
    • I've gotten a plethora of wonderful images and videos with this bad boy
    • You can always increase your ISO to get those faster speeds, but that leads to a grainy image that lacks detail.
    • Awesome Image Quality!
    • Great image, practically no distortion.
    • This versatile lens not only fits in your pocket and is lightweight, but it provides has an extremely crisp image
    • It is very clear to me that this lens gives a sharper image than the kit lens
    • It's a great starter lens and yields very crisp images
    • Great image
    • QualityFor a lens this size and its price point, this little thing takes some fantastic images
    • Without the macro magnification, not only it limits how close you can get, and how magnified the final images is, but most important, because of the lack of magnification it doesn't produce any bokeh
    • The images I get are sharp, and the 24mm gives me a nice wider angle
    • The images are sharp and clear and the f-stop/focal length combination is phenomenal
    • My images turn out sharp even at f/2.8 and I have been pleased with the flexibility to get in tight on subjects to capture more depth and details
    • Previous review was a 3/5 for a lens that didn’t feel right mounting to my camera and wouldn’t produce great images
    • Unless you need to stop motion in low light, the 18-55mm is probably still going to work just fine and produce good images.
    • Takes very clear and beautiful images!
    • The images are satisfactory and the 2.8 means I can shoot in low light.
    • Unfortunately I did not have a sturdy tripod when taking these photos so the images are not very sharp but overall I am thrilled with this lens
    • but it produces a sharp clear image, with an impressive aperture for Canon's S series of lenses
    • Sharp images for landscapes & wide angles.
    • Taking a picture of a whole group of people in a room while attempting to capture a good image of the room itself is one area where this 24 mm lens comes in useful
    • As far as I can tell, this does not have an affect on image quality, but definitely does not look like a conventional lens.--Usage and FeaturesThe size and price of this lens makes it a perfect knockaround lens that will deliver some pretty stellar images--you can literally slip this thing in your pocket, fanny pack, purse or whatever when traveling; really cool
    • I find no dull, hazy images
    • And of coarse I also liked the images I was getting from the lens, producing pleasing boké, at f f 2.8,
    • The build quality is cheap, not going to lie, but the image this thing captures is top notch
    • I've been happy with the image quality, images look fairly sharp and the f2.8 helps when the lighting isn't great.
    • Great images
    • Nice wide angel and sharp images
    • Nice wide angel and sharp images
    • This lens allows me to take decent quality images in a compact (relatively speaking) fashion.
    • Available at a reasonable price and excellent image quality
    • Nice sharp images.
    • The only thing I don't like about this lens is occasionally it will warp the image for certain types of shots this is expected seeing how its a 24 mm lens and is fairly wide angle but its only slight and is barely noticeable
    • Amazing & Outstanding images from such a small lens
    • Indoor quality of photos OK with flash on, without fash its not giving sharp images
    • The lens is quick and produces sharp images
    • It's not the sharpest lens, but it's a very useful lens that delivers a decent image for the price
    • I recommend this lens to anyone with a Canon EFS mount DSLR who wants better images than what their kit lens can deliver
    • I love the light weight and superb image quality.
    • beautiful bokah sharp images
    • Wonderful for travel, as its super lightweight! great image quality.
    • The photos are all very blurry even in auto non-flash and the edges aren't crisp.. really disappointed as I really really wanted to like product and after testing two they didn't meet expectation.
    • I use this lens the most along with my nifty fifty (of course).I use this lens for portraits as well as for shooting around the city.definitely happy I bought this.
    • Great for general purpose shooting, as well as for selfies when you hold your camera at arm’s length.
    • Like any camera a tripod or monopod enhances low light shooting - when the venues allow them!!!Autofocus works well and the transition to and from manual for certain shots is quick such as into museum display cases and wildlife in foliage that could otherwise spoof an autofocus
