Let's face it, it's not an L-series lens, BUT it's super quiet and the image is quality is pretty good.

The quality and clarity is absolutely amazing especially for the price!

I was concerned that the low aperture may not offer a great quality, however despite being a f4.0, the aperture looks much lower

While it does have a longer reach, the image is considerably softer* with more color fringing* than the crispness found in the lens I'm reviewing here... hence the much lower price for the 75-300 III

Nevertheless, this is a great price for this good of a product.

Was able to get sharp, clear pictures from the back of the crowd as if I was right up next to them!

The lens itself is great especially at this price, takes nice sharp pictures and with a crop sensor camera it gives me an equivalent of 400mm which is good enough for my use.

It's a bit tricky at first, but once you get used to it, you can get amazing pictures

For anyone who has Canon EOS M-50 that doesn't want to break the bank on other decent lenses, this one hits the sweet spot for price vs capability.

It's a great deal at $300 and a phenomenal one if you purchase a white box/grey market one for under 200.
