Camera is great, but accessories are disappointing.... just days after return window expired large tripod broke, camera bag strap broke and little tripod broke

If I am just reviewing the camera, it is a great product and the lenses are genuine Canon lenses

This is a excelent product, i have one month using my camera and all run good

The camer's are easy to use and the quality of the pictures is excellent

Most of the objects in this kit are good, however, the Polaroid flash dose not work, the two Polaroid lens degrade the quality of the Canon lens when they are used

The Slave Flash does not work in the slave mode, and the two smaller lens are of poor quality

The camera takes excellent quality photos and is easy to use

However the box of accessories was missing the second memory card as well as missing the second battery

Ours was missing the second battery and second SD 32 GB memory card

One of the memory cards, the flash, the larger tripod, as well as the replacement battery.

I was missing a couple items like the extra battery and the extra SD card (the reason we bought the bundle) but Amazon took care of that for me.

The amount is items you get with the amount of money you spend is amazing!!

There was no padding in the long box which left the items free to slide around and possibly get broken

I emailed the seller right away and they sent the missing items right away.

Initially when I received the package, an item was missing but Ritz responded very quickly with this and other questions I had.
