It does the job, and it's nicer looking than other all-in-ones I've had, but it has problems communicating with the computer even though it is plugged in via USB.

Canon has other models for those who may need less features and don't wish to spend as much, so I recommend looking at the feature comparisons to find what fits your needs and budget.
