Well...not many good things to say about this machine except for the cheaper price.

While they were not without their faults at that time, they were good, reliable machines at a reasonable price

Then it didn't even have crema, when the same grind produced a beautiful crema on a machine half the price

The reviews were good, the price was very good and it appeared as though you get the foam/crema on top of the espresso which was one of my main reasons to buy an espresso machine

and I'm sure you will be too due to the reasonable price, sturdy construction, ease of use, and the great espresso this machine makes.

Saves me a lot of money from getting expensive lattes at the coffee shop

I don't believe it makes the best espresso in the world (not very creamy looking)but lattes and cappuccinos are great

It's now more than a year later, and still putting out great espresso and lattes.

I like a dark, heavy latte and here is how I do it using a cheap Krups grinder and Costco San Francisco French

If you know what you are doing where cappuccino and Espresso is concerned... so Do Not Buy This Poor Excuse for a cappuccino machine made for people who don't know anything about coffee, as all it does for me is at least give me a somewhat palatable cup of espresso or café lungo

The coffee is great, I really enjoy cappuccino and this machine makes great foam

For the most part the capresso machine works and the cappuccino tastes delicious

I love cappuccinos, but I hate giving my money to Starbucks

The steamer makes great froth and I have had no problems at all.

Also, it makes the milk bubble instead giving it a good froth.

A lot of people complained of steaming and frothing to be difficult and it's not at all as long as you read and follow the directions!I would say overall good for the price!

It is difficult to find a good milk frothing pitcher though

I've also found that the fat content of your milk will affect the quality of the milk froth (more fat, less froth)

I started drinking expresso in greasy , bomb out dingy truck stops in Croatia when I was under for the military.

Overall, a great product, especially when the price is compared to many other models out there.

This product worked great for a couple of years and then crapped out.

I wouldn't recommend this product as it's untrustworthy.

I like the simple steam pressure design, but the quality is terrible.

Given the relatively low price, I was concerned that the quality would be poor, however she has not expressed any concern with this product to date.

It sits on my desk at work and its small size rids it of any cumbersome qualities

Well, after searching Amazon for a good quality machine and not too much

This machine produces strong coffee not espresso no matter how I ground the coffee

And when you don't love coffee but frequently need to ingest a lot of caffeine in a short amount of time, it's great

so we take our coffee strong, and this machine makes it just how we like it.

If you are like strong coffee, go for it with good price

Have not made more than 2 cups but so far the coffee has been very good

the wand doesn't go far enough into the standard size stainless mini pitcher causing me to HAVE to poor more milk than I need into the

(I left it too cold and too much milk left, but more on that later)

The manufacturer states, not to run the steam through your coffee at the end, use it to froth milk or vent it off, to prevent the burnt taste.

After a few uses the frother gaskets started to fail, letting steam shoot out through seams at the user

Save your money and look at other machines....this one has a terrible gasket in the cap if you don't

One piece of advice I'll give is that the plastic gasket in the top lid tends to get sucked off when the unit is still slightly under pressure

The gaskets are not properly designed so eventually the machine leaks hot water and improperly brews coffee

Water tank lid broke the first week.

However, the coffee is not as good as from a pump machine that makes it directly into a cup.

As soon as I opened the package, I noted the cheap plastic and the banged up metal cup

I can steam milk just as well as with an expensive restaurant-grade espresso maker (I used to be a barrista).

And then it finally just broke; some cheap plastic part broke and you could hear it rattle around inside and the slider just flops around.

I also was not ok with the espresso maker coffee, there is a faint burnt plastic taste and smell after making a cup every once in a while.

I think people are too harsh on this model because it's not a "audiopilot" kind of espresso maker

This is a steam based machine and not pump based like most people are used to

(I had tried to remove the cap when the chamber was still hot, and the suction pulled it loose) and I reread the reviews to see that several other people had this problem
