Not sure if it is my heavy S8 Plus phone and case, or the way my Toyota AC vents are shaped, but this was a joy to use, until it became useless

Does and performs as advertised but for me when my phone placed it blocks my AC vent .

Works great on my car AC vent while driving.

Does not work if your ac vents are at an angle

These only have the option for the AC vent, they are too heavy and just pull the vent down

I used the tighter side to mount the phone holder to the AC vent per the previous reviewers and it works great

The base station prongs adapted themselves perfectly to my AC vent

First used adhesive, but then bought clips for my new car and they are sturdy af on AC vent.

I have a 2012 Hyundai Elantra and my dash is weirdly shaped plus my AC vents are very small and inconveniently placed so I can't have a regular phone holder

This one is better as it attached securely to the ac vent and can be moved up/down

My AC vents have a border that sticks out, preventing my phone from mounting completely but the magnet is so strong, it holds it just fine

Good product holds phone tight no shaking while driving great fit in ac vent and did i say great price.

A con is that this causes your phone to block one of the AC vents in your car, so it can make the process of cooling down the car on a hot day take a bit longer.

This did not hold my phone in a usable position on my AC vent.

Before I Had the sleeve on my ac vent and could only have the phone in one orientation and it took 2 hands to slide the phone in

Problem is the grip to the ac vent

Sticks well to the iphone even if its in hard cover -- also it firmly locked into the AC vent in the car

My Iphone 12 with a thin case is too heavy for this mount to hold from my AC vent

Just be mindfull that your AC vents should not be to deep/wide, as it may or may not be able to clamp on

The magnet is sooo strong that sometimes while puling the phone the mount comes us with it, however its different from one car to another depending on the design of your AC vent.

Be aware that using this will obviously block your AC vent, however the plus side to this is that it keeps your phone from overheating on hot, sunny days unlike other types that mount on your windshield or dash

The other issue I had not anticipated is how it fits in the AC vents, as when the phone IS up there, you can't move the vents to redirect air

Not much to these, put magnet in back of phone case (which can be ugly if u have a clear vase) and the mount goes to the ac vent

Plus, being over the AC vent keeps it from overheating

my a/c vents do not have a shut off wheel, the a/c blows cold and after a few hours of being in front of the cold

Also, check to make sure it fits your A/C vents (needs to have horizontal or vertical slats, not curved).

This is a device that props you iPhone to you a/c or heater vent in you automobile

The only downside (and this ISN’T the fault of the product

Had to get something hand-free to go along with a new Oregon law and t makes things so much easier

n’t had any issues with that yet
