The "sticky pad" mount does not adhere very well especially with the force required to insert or remove the phone.

The vent mount is well engineered as well but in all reality the material type that is used to grip the vent shades probably can not be moved to many times due to its compression/decompresion capabilities

My gps broke a year ago so having an easy flexible dash mount has helped me tremendously to get thru my delivery routes

Sometimes I use the windshield mount and sometimes I use the vent mount.

I prefer the dashboard mount ... seemed the most secure for my iPhone 7 plus.

I didn't use either the vent mount nor the dash mount, so I can't offer any opinion on those two.

My vehicle has the wrong type of air vents to use the vent mount, so I haven't tried that one.

The part that attaches to the vent is soft so it doesn't scratch the plastic and the phone mount itself (which is padded so it doesn't damage your phone) holds my S8+ with case without any issue.

Today the whole mount including my phone completely fell off my dash

After about a month or so certain connected joints on the long arm decided to start coming loose after being swiveled around too much and the mount holding my phone would just fall off

I did not like the vent mount because it wouldn't stay in the vent.

It's an alright mount, after 2 weeks it's already falling apart and keeps dropping my Razr.

I was particularly pleased with the 3 options for the mount because I initially thought it would work best on my windshield; as it turns out, that was the least convenient option, and I ended up using the vent mount
