This worked great for my moms car (Chevy Cougar) because the port to plug it in is not far from her dashboard, but I have a CHEVY EQUINOX and my port is far down in between the two front seats, which would not work because the phone would sit way too low and out of view.

Hold the I-phone 6 nicely, the charging station works well , so far so good , I recommend this product to other users.

This works great as a holder and the charger works fine but the teeth that hold the phone clamp stripped with just a slight pressure with my fingers
