The arm is hard to move and the clip is hard to use

The way it shows this thing with an arm swooping down and holding the phone sideways then a squiggly one holding the phone up right would make someone believe that the arm is adjustable ... or that you could actually put the thing on the windshield.

The smooth-coated, flexible arm is incredibly tough and well made, requiring both hands to bend into shape and holding the shape you give it with no play.
