My dog hates it but my elderly cat loves the door

We have a dog and 2 cats, and love the little cat door

Very bendy as my dog likes to push against it

I love that it allows my cat through, but not my dog, which was my main reason for getting it

My dog just thinks its strong and doesnt even try to touch it.

Unfortunately my tenacious dog can shimmy through the door if left along long enough.

I thought I could fix that with the one way open thing at the bottom, but my oddly clever dog just head butted the gate down instead

We have a big dog and works great where we have it installed.

There dog didn't like it

and I don’t have to worry about the smelly, drooling, shedding dog coming in here to enjoy the poor cat’s meals or attempt o play and say hi to her, which by the way, he was also doing and she just wasn’t having it

The only nitpick is that because it's made of metal, which I'm sure helps with the sturdiness (especially dog chewing), it can rattle annoyingly when impatient dogs prod and paw at it

I’ve used this to separate the dog from the cat at feeding times since the husky likes to barge in on the cat to eat his food

Tall enough so the dogs can’t jumo over it and the small door works great for the cat.

To open it, you are supposed to depress the button on top which pulls the latch in and allows the gate to open; however, a clever dog can open the gate by using a claw to pill the door of the gate towards itself

Not wanting to give up as it would be the most perfect dog gate for us with the cat door, I took a look at it

Works perfectly for the issue I was having with sneaky dogs getting into the cat's food.

The kitty is happy with the door way, it’s spacious enough for her 13 lb body to glide through and small enough to keep the dog safe from her favorite treat

super easy to install, my dog can’t jump over them as he could with standard baby gates, they handle his weight when he stands up and leans on it, my cats can slip through the small door without issue, and I can move in and out of the gate easily with the latch

Had to buy one of these after the dog became fond of the litter box

I do have small dogs but it should work for larger breeds
