The product came completely scratched from the top of the phone case to the bottom

Don't waste your money no this, buy directly from their website its about the same cost and they actually back up their products and they don't break!It also looks dirty, in the picture the iridescent look is beautiful, in person it looks smudged and dirty, not cute at all

It's a super cute product but it does get finger print-y, smudgy, and does get scratched up quite easily

what most people had said, but after reading all the reviews and receiving the product myself, I came to the conclusion that if you choose another buying option besides new, you’re probably more at risk of not receiving the right product

Can't I just get a non defective product
