So +11dB gain sounds about right and the construction is decent considering the price.
The booster package is a decent price compared to other boosters that charge a premium just to have multiple bands/ frequency's with the hardware
Overall I give it 4 stars for providing just the necessities required to boost your signal modestly at a decent price point, and I thank them for it

You need to be sure what frequencies and band you service is working on and exactly where the nearest cell tower is that they are transmitting from
First is whether this booster has the right frequency band that your phone mainly connects to, Mine is band 4 1700/2100 MHz, on the Metro/T-mobile Towers, make certain you get the right equipment/booster for your signal, you can check via app 'LTE Discovery"
