The antenna on the repeater works as the indoor antenna

As far as I can tell, what differs is the indoor antenna design and also the signal gain

I bought this less expensive antenna just to see if it would allow me to have a conversation in my living room without dropping the call and having to drive three miles to get a good signal

(External antenna should be mounted with elements vertical, but it works great horizontal)

I verified that this antenna was compatible with my verizon samsung and iphone phones frequencies and ordered the kit.
