We have put four par-38 lights on each of these and they work great
I use it to hang 4 LED par 38's and a moon beam type light
I have a small laser and spin-y light thingy, and I also plan on adding a couple of lightweight LED pars soon
If you have some micro lasers or led slim par cans this T-bar should be good.
No noticeable slumping of the T bar yet with two LED pars on each side.

You can use 16 small lights, or 8 bigger, Very safe base, high quality, not cheap, Very good quality/price relationship, not recommended for huge lamps
For as cheaply priced as they were I was pleasantly surprised with the quality.

I keep all the lights mounted and just remove the "T" and hang it in my trailer for quick set-up at the next gig.
So when setting up these stands at every gig, you will need a phillips screwdriver to tighten the T-bar and two arms to the pole as well as the bar supports, if you use them

I was NOT expecting this thing to be as sturdy as it is
Once fixed, "heavy duty" is no joke: this thing is rock solid, is easily tall enough for any event, and you can load a ton of fixtures on it
These things collapse down to something like 3.5 feet!Bolts that can be left in place, with a simple wingnut to secure the lights
As long as you don't overload it, this thing is awesome

well the "T's are plastic witch did
Great item made well yet very light for moving around
I will be returning this item, in favor of a better quality item.

Since LED lights are the norm and are so lightweight, you can actually mount a lot of stuff to these
I loaded 4 cheap lights I bought from Amazon and used it for an elementary school party
But it would have been better if it came with different size bolts for hanging up the lights
I have been hanging 4 lights off them and have had no trouble at all.
I'm very surprised it fit and held all the lights i put on it definitely worth the money
