If your looking for a cheap first quad then I would go with this one unless you want better picture and video quality, than go with the X5C for $30 less.

This quad is very easy to fly (after a few minutes of getting used to it) and to my surprise I could control it outside during snow and medium winds

The quad is very durable, easy to use, and most of all very fun

This quad is a excellent product for the price, but I do recommend 1 thing, that you have at least 3/4 of a acre that's free of all trees, power lines, and any tall obstacles this copter is loads of fun and is pretty fast also you will want to buy the recommended 4 extra batteries with the charger, cause it only Flys 7 mins on one battery, so be safe and have fun

I wish they would make the camera better along with the wifi so that it could have a great FPV but overall its a great quad

If you decide to buy a Cheerwing Syma X5SW-V3 and you are not an absolute newbie in flying drones, this is a good Quad to have, compared to other toy-grade quadcopters in its class it has no altitude hold but its way more fun and agiler than the ones with altitude hold

All in all, loads of fun, definitely a good quad to start with, but not one to use if you want to get into racing or videography

This is a pretty fun quad, but two things stand out for me:Number one, the streaming quality is garbage and the latency is so huge that it's pretty much not even worth it

Ok so I wanted to mess around with an inexpensive quad copter with a camera

Inside - stay clear of flat ceilings - the rotors will have a vacuum effect and suck the quad up to the surface of the ceiling and it is very tough to recover

I consider it a good trainer or a good quad for a young boy of about 10.The one thing I don't like is the fact that the controls are not the same as DJI popular quads
