    • Formerly, we were using a Keurig, but most Keurigs draw the water from the external water reserve into an internal water reserve where boils it, but you cannot see it
    • -- You have to add water before each brew and for me that is not a minus as this does allows for a fresh cup each time and does not allow the water to do damage sitting in brewer
    • Just run a cup of hot water through it to clean out any
    • The finished cup of coffee is just slightly more than warm and this is after preheating the cup with hot water
    • Water will leak out the side as well.
    • If I want to drink it sooner, I'll only use 3 or 4 ounces then add cold water to it
    • If there isn't enough water it will use what's in there
    • The water is hard to fill.
    • The water tank is leaking out all the water.
    • Can't believe how fast it heats the water
    • Second cup the top opened during brewing spewing hot water and grounds everywhere
    • Small crack made the alignment fail and the hot water doesn't feed through the K-Cup.
    • Today the sounds were unbearably loud, and all that it could do was leak hot water
    • It is like the explosion of hot water into the k cup makes a total mess and grounds are everywhere.
    • Worked fine for 2 weeks, after that it just made loud noises and hot water but no coffee.
    • Bonus feature: The water comes out hot enough to make a cup of tea, using a mug with teabags for a nighttime brew.
    • Just after a month of purchase, it suddenly stopped working, I found a plastic piece floating inside, no idea where it came from; the machine won't pass enough water through the coffee filter or a pod, and die down after a few drops of warm coffee
    • The only thing I would maybe ask for is for the water to get a little warmer
    • The only drawback is the difficulty in cleaning the water chamber, but I think I can use a brush meant for tall glasses to get where my large hands cannot.
    • Tea needs HOT water and time to steep to release all its wonderful flavor/aroma
    • It flashes red, and deep cleans itself with either fresh water, or the usual water/white vinegar method you might be familiar with from the old top-loading brew machines, like a Mr. Coffee
    • I thought it broke after 6 weeks and found I needed to clean the top water spout, it was blocked with coffee grounds
    • Exactly one month after I purchased this item it started making noises and stopped straining the water through.
    • Fresh water for each cup.
    • No waste if water
    • A little awkward pouring the water into the machine without spilling it all over
    • This is a great single serve beverage maker -- whether you want coffee or tea or just hot water, it is simple and easy to use, brews quickly (literally about 45 seconds) and is priced very reasonably
    • After hand cleaning (per instructions) and running some hot water cycles through, I tested it using some K-Cups
    • It splatters everywhere inside of it, it doesn't load all the hot water with the coffee, and some of it is left at the bottom of your cup.
    • Yes, you have to add water for each brewing, but I have a container to measure, obtain fresh filtered water from our refrigerator,
    • Now, the lid broke and doesn't cycle through the cup correctly, leaving just brown warm water
    • I'm always ensured of fresh not stale water being used.
    • So you just get hot water
    • Only used approximately 10 times and unit failed to work after that.....loud pop and top part of coffee server opened spewing team, water and coffee grounds everywhere.
    • it doesn’t puncture the pods enough and all you get is hot water.
    • Broke and would not make even hot water after only 2 months
    • The water tank is next to where the coffee is inserted and it is easy to miss in pouring; when missed, the water drips right down -- where the cup should be, but it isn't there because you are using that cup to pour the water in
    • and I got tired of having coffee grounds in my tea, so I use this for hot water only or tea.
    • I cleaned it, which was super easy, and then I did a brew with nothing in it, just letting hot water run through 16oz
    • Otherwise great for hot water and isntant coffee or steeping tea outside of the re-useable pod.
    • Opened lid and all of the hot water and grounds spewed out.
    • I'm always ensured of fresh not stale water being used.
    • Now, the lid broke and doesn't cycle through the cup correctly, leaving just brown warm water
    • It splatters everywhere inside of it, it doesn't load all the hot water with the coffee, and some of it is left at the bottom of your cup.
    • On the 4th cup of coffee started making a huge hissing sounds and leaked boiling water all over the counter.
    • When it stopped releasing the water from the reservoir and cleaning it didn’t resolve the problem, I searched for a new one
    • The machine turned on and the water got hot and then does everything it’s supposed to minus having coffee come out of it
    • It is fast and also works nicely for a cup of hot water to brew tea.
    • Hey, it's just boiling water into a cup
    • Tea needs HOT water and time to steep to release all its wonderful flavor/aroma
    • We tried various things, unplugging, plugging in, several different kcups, emptying water, more water......and then it started bubbling over scalding hot water.
    • Just after a month of purchase, it suddenly stopped working, I found a plastic piece floating inside, no idea where it came from; the machine won't pass enough water through the coffee filter or a pod, and die down after a few drops of warm coffee
    • the coffee maker began shaking violently, and eventually shook itself so hard that it fell off of my breakfast bar, where it hit the floor and the full hot water tank burst open.
    • Worked fine for 2 weeks, after that it just made loud noises and hot water but no coffee.
    • Today the sounds were unbearably loud, and all that it could do was leak hot water
    • Second cup the top opened during brewing spewing hot water and grounds everywhere
    • Not very convenient pouring water in to integrated water tank, but that was a minor annoyance.
    • Simple to use and makes hot water really fast.
    • Water will leak out the side as well.
    • It is only used for hot water now
    • I couldn't return to Amazon when the coffeemaker just put out hot water (no coffee) as my purchase was past my 60 day return period.
    • When I use a standard K-cup I watch it fill a third of the cup with almost clear hot water before anything that looks like coffee comes out the nozzle
    • All three of mine made a loud screeching sound and water stopped pouring from the reservoir when they stopped working
    • After if cooled, I dumped the water to check for blockages and there were none.
    • This coffee maker DOES NOT HEAT WATER well enough for a satisfying cup of coffee
    • Washing it out with lots of hot water and letting dry out would usually fix the problem.
    • so I'm not sure why some would say the water isn't hot
    • The flavor did not brew well; it tastes like hot water
    • I always charge my cup with hot water, so I haven't noticed "not to hot" coffee as with others
    • Yesterday morning I tried to use it but resulted in leaking out of the top cover and what sounded like a bad water pump
    • I use it to make hot water for my cappuccino and it is just amazing
    • Fits largest hot cup, drips right into any cup or mug, can do tea, coffee or just hot water
    • You also leave it in to brew hot water just to make a nice cup of tea or maybe hot cocoa
    • THE WATER RUNS THROUGH TO FAST AND
    • To get a stronger cup I use my own fine grounds in the refillable K-cup and use hotter water, that seems to help
    • You can add your own coffee grounds or loose tea to the little reusable cup, or just brew hot water to make hot chocolate, or add a tea bag
    • Ran it's cycle fast and the water was plenty hot.
    • Tasted like dirty water!!
    • the water was never hot, just very warm
    • After if cooled, I dumped the water to check for blockages and there were none.
    • Cord is about 30 inches long.-The water markings inside the coffee maker are difficult to see without extra lighting.-The parts are not dishwasher safe
    • You put the exact amount of water you need and get the perfect cup of coffee or hot water.
    • It is fast at heating the water, almost instant, and it does accommodate my tall Yeti cup.
    • Because water doesn’t get hot enough and there’s no brew time option (or any sort of options, really), it doesn’t work well with loose leaf tea
    • Either way its makes great coffee and cleans as fast as it brews
    • works as it is meant to
    • I wanted to free up some space on my counter as I had a old large Keurig
    • It’s not a year old and it’s not getting as hot as it did when we first got it.
    • Unsure as to what we liked or disliked about it
    • I know how the unit works as I had one for two
