adjustable side of the strap is easy to use and lock into place(&my boys weren't able to slid it off)-they wont damage the surface it's placed on
-
I followed instructions when I installed the locks: cleaned the surface well & allowed to sit for 24 hours
-
They don't stick to the walls to keep our changing table from being pulled down like I had hoped (might just be because the walls have texture and aren't a completely smooth surface) but have been excellent for keeping the little one out of the wooden cabinets and drawers and everything else
-
( clean surfaces with alcohol, press and hold for x amount of seconds, let sit for 24 hours before using.
-
but I am hoping they do not damage the surface when it comes time to remove them.
-
I recommend cleaning surface with rubbing alcohol first for better adhesion.
-
but overall I have had a great deal of trouble keeping them from coming unstuck on one or both sides after a few days/weeks of use despite cleaning rhe surfaces as directed and applying a great deal of pressure when installing them
-
All surfaces had been thoroughly cleaned before application of the product and all products were attached to appropriate surfaces and the appropriate ways which is why I find it scary that three of these devices are failing for no reason
-
I have smooth surface cabinets, so it shouldn't have been a problem for them to stick
-
Followed the instructions, applied to a clean surface, didn't used them for the amount of time specified and they just kept popping off
-
These ruined every surface I used them on
-
thoroughly cleaned surface and dried before applying
-
And work as they are suppose to
-
I was really hoping these would work as I have a very fast paced & exploring toddler
-
They wouldn't work on the toilet seat as they said
