Sometimes the doors mysteriously opened without anyone noticing and it was ruining our food.

I used it on the top freezer door to keep it firmly closed.

In any case, true to word, this product successfully secures the door of our freezer closed so that when our cat uses it as leverage in her battle against Newton's third law, the door does not fling open

Everytime we closed the refrigerator door with just a little force, the top freezer door opened a little bit and then eventually opened full defrosting everything until we went back in the garage and noticed the door wide open.

We use it to secure our freezer door which seemed to pop open everytime we closed the refrigerator door .
