Used at a Christmas party, was very disappointed, chocolate did not melt even after 30 min. on "melt" setting seemed that the heating element only worked on 1 small area on melt setting not working at all on the "warm" setting

The warm setting kept the chocolate the perfect consistency for about 4 hours not to mention cleanup was a breeze

this is perfect size and i like that i can throw the tray in the dishwasher HOWEVER...it takes FOREVER to heat up
