After receiving this router and going online multiple trying to access a secure password change to no avail, so I contacted Tech Support 1-888-591-2958 after attempting to access it with Tech Support, I was asked to hold on while he get his supervisor because the cades that came with the router should have allowed me in, so now I have this so call Tech Supervisor who is now accessing my computer only to tell me that my computer keeps knocking them

I purchased this router based on a recommendation from my internet service provider's tech support.

Called tech support because their equipment they sold us and I am asked to buy support for it

You will not get support from the manufacturer and will just sit there and wonder why Cisco being one of the top leading business solutions in networking made this garbage

This is without a doubt the best deal for 70.00 hands down

The admin UI is intuitive if you've ever dealt with other Cisco products

And as a coda: when I bought a similar product from a competitor, it worked exactly as expected.

This unit does the job for the price at giving my client a decent firewall at a cheap price... too bad it is not worth much as a VPN device.
