It was easy to setup and has worked well for the month or more that I've been using it.
Have had to unplug this Cisco a few times to restart it, but other wise works o k.
I've returned it, since it won't do what I bought it for and I already have a good working router that does its job well -- without a useless USB port.
I bought this router trusting on the cisco's name and looking to replace my old tplink as this one would add pretty nice features as multiple ssid, 3g usb, etc
While this route generally works fine, I find it to be sub part, feature-wise compared to other routers of similar cost.
Only useful features were the firewall capability and VPN access.

Unfortunately we did not find out that the router was bad and missed the return policy date.
I've returned it, since it won't do what I bought it for and I already have a good working router that does its job well -- without a useless USB port.
Whether one can buy this or not but Cox Technician did not like this router as he could not access it remotely and we lost the admin password.
This is a great little router and it handles our small office perfect.
As far as I know, this router has an issue that I was not able to determine, all I can say it went away immediately after I changed it for a cheap $20 Chinese Router
