I can't say enough positive things about the Cleartex UltiMat
I had to learn to hold onto my chair when I sat down to keep it from rolling out from under me, but that's a good thing.

There has been no creeping or other movement like other have reported.
This mat does exactly what it's supposed to do... sit on high-pile carpet while allowing for the easy movement of a wheeled desk chair back and forth and without the wheels sinking into the mat when someone sits on the chair for extended periods of time

I overall recommend this product, but just be aware it may still move around a little bit.
