This new unit has cut down on those 'noise alerts' tremendously even at highest sensitivity, and has the ability to remove X & K band scanning...nice features

The menus in this are very good, a lot of useful features and easy to configure

My favorite feature is the "screensaver": a little white line slides back and forth, NightRider style, across the unit.

In day light, even on a cloudy day, not just with the sun shining directly on the unit’s face, all four of the icons glow as if they are all equally lit up, and when the detector detects radar, the particular band it detects is no brighter than the other icons

Disappointing as it was a Father’s Day gift

it is easy to use, and works (worked) as it should
