I ordered this player when I went to listen to some new cds with old favorite music and couldn't find my cd player

Due to a strange 4.5V size I had to purchase a special cord so we could plug in the CD player.

But if it doesn't like your cd, it will not play at all.

The Electronic skip protection being so long causes the audio quality to be so poor that there is an overpowering hiss through any part of any music you play on it

The Coby so far has held up well against her rough treatment, unlike some far more expensive units we have tried.

Our biggest problem was that the unit doesn't remember where we left off listening, a major problem when listening to books on CD.

Wouldn't buy this unit and wouldn't work with that seller (YellowDeal) ever again!

Unit scratched up and more importantly battery compartment missing one spring to hold battery in place.

The unit itself is easy to hold and is of good quality.

Like other reviews this piece of JUNK worked for about 3 days and now its stuck on 60 sec mode then cuts off automatically.

I have tried brand new batteries, and many different CDs, the vile hiss is always there

it’s simple, would sound nice if not for loud hissing like an old school cassette.
