Confidence Power Plus Motorized Electric Treadmill

    • Belt has slipped over directions not clear enough to correct.called # provided and there is no connection
    • The treadmill is basically just a belt running on top of a piece of lubed particle board, and the board was cracked on arrival near the top right side
    • The motor is very weak, so when you walk, the weight of your foot stops the belt for a moment (even at ~120-130 lbs), and the treadmill jerks your foot back as it collects the power to keep going
    • While the treadmill does the job, I have two complaints: the non adjustable hand rail is too short and the belt is a little jerky at slower speeds.
    • The belt runs smoothly when the treadmill is turned on, but once I step on, it slows down, sounds as if it drags, and is jerky.
    • The belt is a fit noisy when
    • It still caused the belt to start creeping to the right.
    • Belt was pre-lubed and ready to go
    • The only minor issue is the loose belt; it slips backward when we walk on the treadmill.
    • I tried adjusting screws holding the panel (which support the belt).
    • I weigh 165 and can walk on it, but the belt slipping sucks
    • If the belt is too loose (tension on it should allow it to raise about three inches from flat), turn both screws one quarter turn clockwise
    • I do not have a wide walking gait, If you have a wide gait It might not work for you as the belt is just right.
    • My conversion to a desk treadmill lasted less than a month as the belt from the motor gave out - any tension now just causes the belt to smoke up the room.
    • Short belt is only good for walking dogs unless you have a small breed2
    • it's cheap and the belt is a nightmare
    • I did not realize that was necessary at first, and found the belt to be jerky
    • It's not too bad since it can fit a standard stride, but if you like a wider or longer belt then this might not work out for you.2.
    • Leaving aside the slipping belt problems and the noise (which can be partially remedied with tedious adjustments and earbuds), I cannot stop stepping on the edge of the belt while walking at my treadmill desk and nearly falling every time it jolts to a stop after 30 minutes.
    • I lost support on the right side of the platform, it was like stepping down on a trampoline and the belt pulled to the right, jamming up
    • While the size and speeds were fine, the biggest problem I had was the belt moved in an erky-jerky motion - not when stopping and starting, but as I'd be walking along, the belt would slow way down and then speed back up and slow way down and speed back up
    • I have also found that the screws that adjust the belt tension (on both sides, in back) have to be adjusted very carefully to keep the belt from creeping towards the left or right as it runs.
    • I also bought treadmill lube for the belt to keep it smooth
    • cool.umm...you can adjust/straighten the belt via the bolts on the side which is pretty cool
    • Belt would slip and grind as soon as motor started.
    • (After a few minutes of using it, i heard the belt scraping something, but after i straightened the belt after tightening the bolts, the noise went away)You can tighten the handle so you can hold it if you slip
    • Only down fall, the belt moves to the side as you walk
    • I'm 150 and the belt pauses and lags with each step
    • The motor was relatively quiet, but the belt-to-board noise was very loud.
    • When I first started using it, the belt walked itself to the right and would grind against the plastic guard.
    • If you don't keep the speed high then it feels like you are "pushing" the belt.
    • It's a little wobbly and the belt isn't as smooth as one would find on a nicer treadmill.
