Very easy to assemble but instructions are horrible

The instructions are totally unclear

The instructions were the worst I've ever had

While I enjoy a good puzzle, and pride myself on my patience and reasoning skills, a few instructions would have been useful.

What I found to be lacking was only in the instruction manual, which fails to tell you (1) that the speed and distance statistics shown in the control panel are in kilometers, (2) how to adjust the belt in case it needs it, and (3) how to lubricate the belt

The instructions are very lacking, I even called the company and left a message (it was after hours), but we finally figured it ourselves

The instructions for assembly are really confusing

The equipment is solid and secure, but the instructions are poor--and out of date for the equipment, and the photos are black on black on grey with a white background.

The instructions are very, very poor but the setup is relatively easy and I was able to put it together without too much hassle on my own

I should note that I purchased this same model from a different vendor and the shipping carton was much less sturdy, the instructions were all but unreadable, and the unit failed to work

First, disregard the instructions for assembly, they are useless, just need a little common sense.

Now I must say they have the WORST instructions I have ever seen for a product

Its easy to put together but instructions were lacking

I don't know why they bothered including an Instruction Manual-it's useless

It took me a few minutes to figure out where to install the knobs but thank goodness the treadmill came assembled as the instructions were a bit vague.

Easy to use (and easy to set up even though the instructions are even more useless than average, including pictures that tell you nothing).I find hopping on it for 10 minutes three times a day does exactly what I need.

It is also simple to modify for a walking desk system (instructions available online for this model).Only detractor I noticed was that there is one spot on the belt that drags a little when you step on it
