This is the perfect machine for walking, not running, at home.

Because of the way the directions were written I ended up breaking the machine and it couldn't be fixed.

For the young fitness enthusiast, this machine may not be enough as I don't think I would feel comfortable running on it, but for walking at a slow to fast pace, it is perfect.

That jerking kinda ruins my stride as I was not a natural walking sensation, but if you can imerse yourself into watching Tv or whateve distraction you might have to accompany you during your walk, you can ALMOST ignore it.

I'm sure this is great for people with smaller frames, but it definitely doesn't work as it should for medium to large ones

I've also noticed the instructions state you shouldn't be on the unit when staring it, but standing off the belt, on the side rails--this is odd, since it then requires you to hop on and it jerks as you do

The buttons push fine and work as they should

However it broke as of a week ago and it is because this machine was NOT MENT FOR RUNNING!!!!!!

Again, I don't use it to run on nor even walk fast on as I detest
