I did get a full refund for returning the product (and a prepaid shipping return label from seller), but I still think this is a bad product.

So far seems to be a very good product

I am facing major surgery and small walks are recommended for my recouperation.it is compact,takes up very little room folded up or left down....and I love the white color.....great product....highly recommend it.

I contact Golf of America Outlets to return the defective product (through Amazon, because the 1-800 number that comes with the treadmill doesn't seem to work), and they send me instructions to "fix" the problem
