For me its fine because its a good value, it's white like I wanted and it goes slow for working at my desk

The confidence plus electric treadmill is a great value, easy to put together, takes little space yet gives you a good work out

but it's a lot better value than spending a lot more, the machine is light and easy to move, everyone at my office is jealous, and I'm really happy to be getting so much exercise at work!

That jerking kinda ruins my stride as I was not a natural walking sensation, but if you can imerse yourself into watching Tv or whateve distraction you might have to accompany you during your walk, you can ALMOST ignore it.

I'm sure this is great for people with smaller frames, but it definitely doesn't work as it should for medium to large ones

I've also noticed the instructions state you shouldn't be on the unit when staring it, but standing off the belt, on the side rails--this is odd, since it then requires you to hop on and it jerks as you do

However it broke as of a week ago and it is because this machine was NOT MENT FOR RUNNING!!!!!!
