A light wipe of olive oil on the pan before each use works very well.

Every one I have bought works flawlessly, although I do follow the seasoning process, and keep them clean using the same methods as I use on ironware

This pan worked great for about 6 weeks of intermittent use, but now the non-stick feature is not functional and the pan is virtually useless.

They all worked great with intermittent use for about a month and then food starts sticking just like all other pans - Gotham Steel, diamond coated, ceramic - they all suck after a few weeks.

I love the color, but that's about the only good thing I can say about them.

It hasn't disappointed, eggs, fish, sausage; all the things that tend to stick even in some non-stick products, just slide out

The heat does not transfer to the handle, which is a good thing, and I prefer this line of cookware in general

I use when I want to cook something small - like scrambled eggs just for me

I really only use it for making eggs, scrambled or over easy, but ghee, especially, makes for some really stuck on food and regular butter does too on and off.

They were the easiest eggs I ever made--just put it all in the pan and when it's set flip it over, remove from burner and put a lid on it while making my toast and pouring the coffee.
