I used WordPerfect for ten years 1992 - 2002 on Windows and Unix in a global engineering company where it was the company standard software, and I always appreciated it for preparing technical reports, especially mixing text and graphics

Unfortunately the place I teach at pretty much requires the use of Word but frankly, I've never understood why because WordPerfect is so much easier to use, robust and intuitive

Fast installation, the program is stable and works as it should, but it convinced me that I don't like WordPerfect.

So far WordPerfect looks only like a replacement envelope printing alternative to meet my wife's needs over MS Works, as printer software has advanced beyond the programs capabilities, yet even that is not a sure bet as of this report.
